Korea Bojagi Forum 2016

The 2016 Korea Bojagi Forum will be held in the restored ancient fortress city of Suwon Hwasung on the outskirts of Seoul, Korea. The forum is a biennial conference for scholars, artists, collectors, and other lovers of textiles, and includes lectures, workshops, eight exhibitions of traditional and contemporary textile art featuring Korean and international artists, a cultural tour of Suwon and post-conference tour of Seoul. Bojagi is the traditional Korean folk art of making wrapping cloths for storage and ceremonial use.
